Welcome to the Swiss Arbitration Academy SAA
The Swiss Arbitration Academy (SAA) in cooperation with the University of Lucerne and the University of Neuchâtel offers flexible programs tailored to the individual participant\'s needs. Participants can choose to complete internationally accredited comprehensive programs covering all aspects of an arbitration or choose to focus on individual aspects of an arbitration. All programs are a unique combination of an academic education and practical hands-on training with renowned international practitioners.
We are proud that the internationally accredited Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Arbitration program is endorsed by renowned arbitral institutions: the German Institution of Arbitration (DIS), ICC Switzerland, the Milan Chamber of Arbitration (CAM), the Kigali International Arbitration Centre (KIAC), the Swiss Chambers\' Arbitration Institution (SCAI), the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC) and the Vienna International Arbitration Centre (VIAC).

Module 3 on the Taking of Evidence in Arbitration in Zürich
From October 26th until October 30th, Module 3 of the Swiss Arbitration Academy will take place in Zürich. During this 5-day arbitration course we will discuss various aspects related to the taking of evidence: the hearing, discovery and interim measures.
The course is ideal for practitioner's who would like to familiarize themselves with the differences between the taking of evidence in litigation proceedings and arbitration proceedings.LEARN MORE
